The YS480S

Yoder Smokers Pellet Grills feature the Yoder Smokers ACS Control System with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, as well as two integrated food probes for monitoring. A ceramic ignition system, heavy gauge steel construction, and custom orange casters are standard on S-Series pellet grills.

With 800 square inches of cook space, combined with nearly 12 inches of headroom, there’s plenty of room for anything from briskets and pork butts, to beer can chickens and turkeys. But the real versatility is the ability to truly flame grill on the same cooker. Yoder Smokers Pellet Grills can be set up for direct over the flame grilling, a feature that can’t be matched anywhere else.

The Yoder Smokers YS640S is a premium pellet grill built for serious backyard cooking. Crafted from heavy-duty 10-gauge steel and loaded with smart features, it delivers consistent results whether you’re smoking low and slow or grilling hot and fast.

Our world renowned YS640S is as at home on the competition circuit as it is your backyard. Based on the standard YS640S model with the same electronics and cook chamber, this model adds our competition cart with wire shelves and 8″ casters with flat-free tires. The cart not only adds to that iconic Yoder Smokers look, it adds markedly more maneuverability, while integrated tie-downs make it easy to secure for travel. The YS1500S

Our customers have asked for it, and here it is. The Yoder Smokers YS1500S Pellet Grill has redefined versatility. The integrated Heat Management System (HMS) that was perfected in our wood pits is now available to pellet cooks! The HMS gives the pit-master outstanding temperature control from side-to-side, making it easy to grill off a bunch of steaks, fill it full of butts and briskets or cook an entire competition on it. Mounted on our competition cart with 10″ pneumatic tires, you have exceptional style and unmatched mobility from your trailer to cooking position.
