It shares the same robust construction and standard features as the YS480S—including the digital control system, 2nd level slide-out shelf, grease management system, and stay-cool handles—but adds more space and mass, measuring 61″ x 54″ x 36.24″ and weighing in at 335 lbs.

The YS640S is ideal for cooks who regularly prepare food for larger groups or want the flexibility to smoke, grill, and roast with ease. The YS640S Competition

Our well respected and popular YS640S is just at home on the competition circuit as it is in the backyard. The cooker’s main body and electronics are all the same, but when you add the competition cart and stainless steel prep shelves, it becomes even more versatile and markedly more maneuverable – perfect for someone competing at a different venue every weekend. The competition cart has 8″ pneumatic casters, two of which lock the cooker into place, and a set of tie-downs to keep it immobile in your trailer.

The integrated Heat Management System (HMS) that was perfected in our wood pits is now available to pellet cooks! The HMS gives the pit-master outstanding temperature control from side-to-side, making it easy to grill off a bunch of steaks, fill it full of butts and briskets or cook an entire competition on it.
