The Chisholm

Has it come to your attention that your fellow tailgaters’ families and friends are sneaking over to your pit to fill their plate? If so, then there is a Chisholm model that is just right for you. The Chisholm is compact enough to tow behind a small vehicle, maneuver easily into tight spaces, and store out of the way, yet is big enough to feed well over a hundred hungry folks.

The Chisholm is available in either a 52″ single-door or a 72″ double-door configuration to match your specific requirements. Choose the 52″ single and you will have up to 2,500 square inches of cooking surface or step to the 72″ double and you will have up to 3,150 square inches of cooking surface. The Cimarron

After years of requests from the competition circuit, we have designed the Cimarron trailer to fit those needs. The Cimarron is sleek, lightweight, and competition ready! We started with our Cimarron model competition cart and extended it another foot, giving you a 26″ x 66″ chamber that boasts 2,400 square inches of cooking space between the two grate levels. This pit can cook an entire competition, with room to spare, and with Yoder Smokers’ legendary Heat Management System, the heat and smoke in the Cimarron Trailer can be precisely and effortlessly controlled.

The Santa Fe

The Santa Fe is small but mighty. It only comes one way and that is hard loaded with every option available. That’s right; a fully self contained cooking machine that is ready to slow smoke, barbecue, grill, boil, or fry. With the Santa Fe, there are no limits from family gatherings, tailgating, team parties, fundraisers, well you dream it and the Santa Fe will deliver the food. Just move it into place, drop the jack, open the sliding table, build your fire, and start cooking.

With over 1,600 square inches of cooking surface (firebox grill grate and sliding top shelf are standard), large wood/storage box, large sliding prep and serving table, optional single or double 60,000 BTU burners and LP system with tank, this is truly a mobile cooking machine.
